1. Who is responsible for processing your data?

This privacy policy applies to all personal data provided by the user to Talleres IRUDI, S.L., with tax ID: B48103832, located at Euskalerria S/N 48250 Zaldibar Bizkaia and email: infor@irudi.es.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User” refers to any natural person interested in the products and services offered by Talleres IRUDI, S.L. Talleres IRUDI, S.L., as the data controller, will request the User’s express consent to this Privacy Policy before providing their personal data, when necessary, and for any other aspect requiring prior authorization. The goal of the Privacy Policy is to provide transparency about how we handle your data and protect the information the user may provide to us.

This is to inform the User that Talleres IRUDI, S.L. may process the personal data provided by the User for the following purposes: 

a. To manage the company’s Human Resources.
b. To manage the customer portfolio, make offers, provide products/services, and for billing.
c. To manage suppliers and process product/service orders.
d. To conduct general and commercial communication activities about Talleres IRUDI, S.L.

3. Which is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The legal basis for processing data for purpose (a) is compliance with the applicable Labor and Tax Legislation.

The legal basis for processing data for purposes (b) and (c) is compliance with the applicable Commercial and Tax Legislation.

The legal basis for processing data for purpose (d) is the consent that may have been requested from the User, with the understanding that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the relationship between both parties. 

4. How long we store your personal data?

Talleres IRUDI, S.L. will retain the data of its staff, customers and suppliers for as long as their contractual relationship lasts, and subsequently, it will be kept for a period of ten years, without prejudice to any retention required for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims and/or as permitted by applicable legislation. 

5. Who has access to your personal data? 

In addition to the access that third-party providers may have to personal data under the responsibility of Talleres IRUDI, S.L. as data processors, in the context of providing a service to the data controller, Talleres IRUDI, S.L. may transfer or provide personal data to fulfill its obligations with Public Administrations when required in accordance with current legislation, and where applicable, also to other bodies such as law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities. 

6. What rights do users have? 

Talleres IRUDI, S.L. informs you of the possibility to exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, objection, cancellation, right to be forgotten, and data portability. Talleres IRUDI, S.L. reminds the User that they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

7. How to unsubscribe from commercial communications?

As mentioned in the previous section, the User has the right to revoke, at any time, the consent given for the sending of commercial communications by simply notifying Talleres IRUDI, S.L. that they no longer wish to receive commercial communications. To do so, the User may revoke their consent in the manner described in the previous section.

8. What security measures have we implemented? 

Talleres IRUDI, S.L. is committed to fulfilling its obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and its duty to safeguard it. It will take the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the applicable regulations. Talleres IRUDI, S.L. has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security of its personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which it is exposed, whether arising from human action or from physical or natural environments, in accordance with the applicable regulations. Talleres IRUDI, S.L. is concerned with privacy and continuously monitors, controls and evaluates its processes to ensure respect for privacy and the security of information.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy 

Talleres IRUDI, S.L. may modify its Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation at any time. If it does so, any changes to the Privacy Policy will be duly communicated to Users so they can be informed of the changes made in the processing of their personal data and, if required by applicable law, so Users can provide their consent.
